Dr. Kamran Farahani was raised in Scottsdale, AZ. He received his Bachelor's degree
from Arizona State University and attended medical school at New York College of
Podiatric Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery at
North Shore LIJ- Forest Hills Hospital.
Dr. Farahani has experience with a wide range of patients, including those with physical disabilities. His
special interests are in diabetic limb salvage surgery, wound care, diabetic foot ulcers, cosmetic foot surgery, and sports medicine.
He is also a strong believer that knowledge is power! This is demonstrated by the unexpected amount of time Dr. Farahani spends with each of his patients, making sure they understand every phase of their care. The more they know, the more they are in control of their health - nothing is more important than earning the trust of his patients. It is this connection and doctor-patient relationship that paves the way for the patient to gain confidence and be completely at ease.
